prices at highest level since records began

the price of land it on its way up.
The prise
rise is in part due to the fact that food prices have risen
sharply and the fact that more and more people are looking
at land as a good investment, and it is not hard to see why.
Farmland prices have risen by 34% this year. While many other
investments are tumberling land looks like a solid investment.
As Mark Twain said, " Buy land they are not making it anymore.
According
to leading esate agents the demand for farmland has risen by
nearly 20 per cent in the last year. One of the main attractions
of buying land is that it is very transparent, you pay for
the land and get the cerfificate of ownership from the land
registery. The land is then yours to old on to or sell at any
time.
