The
most expensive street in England
A
street in London has been named the most expensive in
England, which even knocks locations such as Chelsea
and Kensington off the top spot.
The
most expensive place to buy a home in England is Courtenay
Avenue, post code N6 with the average house price at
6.8 million pounds. Courtenay Avenue runs parallel to
Bishops Avenue which is known locally as Billionaire's
Row which is where the most expensive house in England
was sold for £50 million pounds.
You
may think house prices in England have gone mad until
you look at Wales where their is a wooden shed for sale
with an asking price of £150,000. The property (shed)
is described by estate agents as dilapidated and in a
state of repair but offering tremendous re-development
potential.
Apparently
the shed owner has already received three bids above
the asking price.
